  1. SHOW EVERY RECORD  (Cmd-E)

  3. If you have selected records (see "Select Records"), this command clears the selection and shows every record in the file. When "Show Every Record" is enabled, any procedure you perform ("Find", "Sort", etc.) affects all records.

  5. You can tell if "Show Every Record" is enabled by:
  6. • A check mark next to "Show Every Record" in the menu.
  7. • All parts of the pie icon are showing.
  8. • In the "About Dynodex" dialog, the "Current Selection" is followed by "Show Every Record".
  9. • The "Just Names" and "All Fields" lists show the same number on either side of the "/" (e.g. 150/150 Records).
